Brief description and main aims

“Los Pompas” is an organization but also a community theatre group which spent the past 20 years using theatre, music, and visual arts as powerful tools for connection. Over two decades, the group has cultivated inclusive spaces where creativity and collaboration are at the heart of every project, inviting participation from people of all ages—from children to adults. Their mission is to strengthen community ties by providing a platform where diverse artistic expressions become a means for connection, reflection, and meaningful social transformation.

Cultural Exposure

Parque Patricios is a historic neighborhood in southern Buenos Aires, once an industrial hub but now a growing technological district. It is home to the Parque de los Patricios, a green space, and has deep cultural ties to tango music. In recent years, urban renewal has transformed the area, with the establishment of the Distrito Tecnológico attracting tech companies and boosting economic development. The neighborhood offers several parks, schools, and healthcare facilities. It also serves as the headquarters of the Buenos Aires City Government. Well-connected by public transport, Parque Patricios blends history, culture, and modern growth
