Brief description and main aims
The aim of Andrew Royal Academy is to support children of the Kasseh community in the Ada-East district of the Greater Accra Region. The school admits pupils from Nursery to Junior high school and has a population of 190 pupils.
Volunteer tasks
- Volunteers will support teachers in the classroom
- Help the teachers in taking care of the kids during break
- Assist Class teachers in making teaching and learning materials for kids
- They will assist in organizing school programmes and other activities planned by the school
Volunteer requirements / Skills
- A male or female volunteer between the ages of 18 and above
- He/ She should be able to communicate in English
- He / She should be passionate and interested in working with Children
Location
The Ada-East district of the Greater Accra Region.
Hosting Situation (Board and Lodging)
Volunteers will be accommodated in the Project and will be sharing a room with other volunteers.
